About our wigs
Dolcé Hair Tresses only provides 100% human hair & wigs. We are the only place for providing the best frontals, closures, and glueless wigs! We want to make it easy for you to just slip on our wigs and go especially when you don’t have time for glue or any adhesives. We make wigs for the 9-5s or anyone who work a lot and we give them a peace of mind , ensuring them that their wig won’t slide all the time! All of our hair types and textures can be washed, colored, and bleached. Our wigs can last up to two to three years or longer with proper care. All wigs have approximately 2-4 bundles depending on length and are true to length. With proper care, the hair is 100% tangle free and free of major shedding.
Custom Wigs
Hair must be new bundles and closures when sending for a custom wig. No used bundles with glue or the look of it being used. If you send used bundles, your order will be canceled and shipped back to you. It is your responsibility to provide the correct measurements. (Please refer to our measuring guide) if the measurements are incorrect, your wig will not fit your head properly and will need to be adjusted/remade. There is a $50 fee if that occurs.
Dolce Hair Tresses takes no responsibility for wigs that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements. Custom wigs are handmade and creating your working wig takes time. The expected wig completion time is a 7-21 business day processing time. Meaning if we receive your hair on a Monday, your wig will ship out Friday of the following week . (This does not include weekend days). We offer normal shipping (7-10 business days), standard shipping (3-5 business days), and express shipping (2-3 business days). Once your custom wig order has been placed, you must completely agree to your order and our policy information.

First to sign up with our email will receive 10% off their first order. Order with more than 2 wigs you will receive 15% off your next order.
Shipping Policy
Wigs purchased in the wig catalog for preorders take 7-21 business days to be created and will be shipped on or before the last business day.
Wig Processing Time for preorder wigs in the Wig Catalog: 7-21 business days.
- Normal shipping: 7-10 business days

Processing Time for Hair Bundles & Wig Accessories: 1-3 Business Days
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once hair has been shipped, after 1-3 Business days
In person pick ups are not available at this time. North Carolina Business days are considered Monday through Friday only. Tracking numbers will be emailed within 24-48 hours after placing the order Standard shipping- 3-5 business days Express shipping- 2-3 business days. Custom Wigs take 7-21 business days to be created. Please refer to our FAQS page.
Dolcé Hair Tresses is not responsible for your package after it is with the post office carrier. Any issues with delivery of your package, you must contact the post office carrier.

Refund Policy
All orders are final sale. No Refunds on custom colored wigs. If your wig needs to be reconstructed, you will be charged $50 for the service after 30 days. We recommend emailing us at dolcehairtresses@gmail.com for a consultation to avoid the need to refund of exchange the wig.
Cancel A Order: To cancel an order, email dolcehairtresses@gmail.com within 24hours. Subject line should read “URGENT-CANCEL…” with your order number.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Dolcé Hair Tresses Brand Seal (Pink Tie) MUST NOT be Broken/Cut, etc. Please contact us immediately, email dolcehairtresses@gmail.com with your order number The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, or Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
All Sales are final on custom coloring.
Return Policy
We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Dolcé Hair Tresses", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a professional at coloring hair extensions that's why it is recommended you allow us to provide you with our custom coloring services or allow a professional to take care of it for you.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at dolcehairtresses@gmail.com During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Dolcé Hair Tresses extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Dolcé Hair Tresses hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Dolcé Hair Tresses seal was not broken (pink tag). Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 5-10 business days.
Dolcé Hair Tresses is not be responsible for lost returns/damaged items. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return.
